Data protection
We use optional analytics only after consent. Rejecting it does not restrict the catalog, search or T-shirt designer. Cookie settings are always available in the footer.
Analytics and consent
After acceptance, we store the time and path of a page visit, product clicks, browser information, referral source and campaign parameters. Query parameters are omitted from the referring URL. The random sn_sid cookie links events from one browser for 30 days. These are pseudonymous personal data, not fully anonymous data. We do not store raw IP addresses in the analytics table.
Your choice and withdrawal
The necessary potlac_suhlas cookie stores acceptance or rejection, the time of your choice and policy version 20260912 for 180 days. We do not create it before you choose. Analytics stays off without valid consent. Rejecting analytics in settings stops new measurement and expires sn_sid. Continuing to browse is not consent.
Storage for requested features
Your light or dark appearance choice is saved in localStorage potlac-vzhlad only after switching it. Selected comparison products are saved in potlac-porovnanie-v1 only after using comparison. These settings remain in your browser until changed or its storage is cleared, and are not used for analytics. The T-shirt design image and text are processed in your browser; we do not upload the image to our server.
The snadmin cookie is necessary for admin login and protection of the suggestion form; it lasts for the browser session. When submitting a suggestion, potlacnatricko_sk_vid supports a daily anti-abuse quota and lasts at most one day. Search itself does not need this quota cookie. Login and suggestion protection may use an IP hash; a hash is pseudonymous data, not a guarantee of anonymity.
Searches and suggestions
Search works without consent. We store its text, recognized filters and result count in the Queries report only with analytics consent, without linking it to a cookie. Free text may still contain personal data: do not enter sensitive information. A suggestion you explicitly submit through the form is processed to handle your request even without analytics consent.
Hosting, Cadence and partners
Our website and database are hosted by Websupport. Hosting operational and security logs may contain IP addresses. Aggregated visits, clicks and referral sources are shared through a protected interface with our Cadence application; the export contains neither sn_sid nor individual search texts. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising tracking scripts. Product images may load from a supplier, which receives a normal network request.
A store link may pass through an affiliate network. It opens only after you click; processing on that website and in the store follows the respective operator’s rules. Rejecting our analytics does not prevent you from using the link.
Retention and your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time in cookie settings. Withdrawal stops new measurement but does not automatically erase earlier server records retained to compare website trends. Automatic deletion of analytics history is not currently configured on the server. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing and complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection. Contact the operator below; do not enter identifiers or sensitive data in public search.
